Requirements to book a Wedding: A 50% deposit (NON refundable) is required to hold your wedding date, the remaining balance is due 10 business days prior to Wedding date. (Taxes not included price of package, and will be added at time of contracting wedding. Travel time to all locations within 35 miles of the Wi. Rapids is included, a charge of $0.75 per mile/to, any other location beyond 36 miles out of area will apply. Overnight stay applies to weddings beyond 2 hrs drive, or ending after 11pm, PLEASE CHECK BEFORE BOOKING.
Ordering Portraits: You select the images you want to purchase, We Do NOT lock you into a Portrait purchase on any wedding package. If you are looking for special size portrait, enlargement, we will cover all options available to you at the time of contract, order forms with the most popular size portraits will be given to you as a guide for portrait ordering. Your Family & friends, are able to place their order directly to us, will explain and simplify ordering, should there be any questions please feel free to contact us. Let us know if you will need additional forms. Allow your Family & Guest to order their own portrait choices with trust, and confidence that we will offer them the same price, courtesy, attention, and politeness you receive when contracting with us. NOTE that the special price (per page) will be honored for up to 6 months after you receive your wedding book, ( your wedding proof album should be delivered 6 weeks from your wedding date ) After this the 6 month period is passed, the price per sheet is of $21.99 to $24.99 Depending on the Wedding package you contracted for. *~NOTE~* all parties wanting to order can contact Us direct. or you can e-mail you order on line. ALL PORTRAIT ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE WE CAN PLACE YOUR ORDER. For clients ordering by mail, you can send your check along with your order. NOTE: that if you require for us to mail your portraits we use USPS, we insure all our portraits, and request delivery confirmation, There is an additional charge of $15.00 for most packages, oversize box for portraits, there will be additional charge due per size of the box. WE insure all portraits been sent NO exceptions. IF you don't agree with this, then you need to arrange for pick-up of your portraits, we are open from Tues. - Fri. noon to 7p.m.
Change of Wedding date Policy
if for any reason your wedding needs to be rescheduled, WILL LOSE THEIR DEPOSITS AND THE CONTRACT WILL BECOME NULL VOID, 24 hrs after due date of the original contract date of final payment.
